Delivery conditions

Standard shipping & handling charges within Germany:
Weight up to 15 kg and maximum formats up to 81 x 101 cm	20,00 €
Formats up to 100 x 172 cm	35,00 €
Oversized formats	45,00 €
Shipping charges for items on rolls and/or bulky, heavy items such as aluminum composite panels or rigid PVC foam panels will be quoted upon request
Additional corrugated protective packaging:
Up to a format of 100 x 172 cm	10,00 €
Oversized formats	30,00 €
Standard shipping and handling is free of charge on the basis of our list prices: Within Germany for orders of more than 600.00 € (Also applies to international delivery up to the German border.) A 5.00 € charge applies for notification by telephone of delivery through a transport company. For orders of less than 200.00 € delivered with our own vehicles, we charge a freight surcharge of 12.00 €. Unless otherwise agreed, cutting scraps and passepartout cut-outs are not included in the delivery. Payment conditions We kindly request payment in advance or direct debit for first-time orders (less 4 % discount). For direct debit: 4 % discount (based on value of goods) For payment within 14 days: 2 % discount (based on value of goods) For payment within 30 days: net The payment conditions apply to delivery within Germany only. For deliveries outside of Germany, 30-day (net) conditions apply. Purchaser is in default of payment after 30 days without requiring any reminder. Terms and conditions other than those stated here must be in written form. Our general terms and conditions apply otherwise.
